Apartment located on Calle Princesa, one of the main streets of Torre del Mar, and a pedestrian street.
Located in the heart of Torre del Mar (Málaga), less than 100 meters from the beach and the Paseo Marítimo.
Surrounded by all kinds of services, in an environment with a wide variety of restaurants, some of them are already enclaves of the city, such as Fernando, el Yate, el Negri, beach bars, where you can enjoy a good sardine skewer, shops of all kinds and well-known brands such as Benetton, in addition to being able to enjoy a very good nighttime activity in the same center, where you can enjoy good music and have a drink quietly in any of the bars, such as the different bars from the Enjoy group and less than two kilometers from the El Ingenio shopping center, where we find a wide variety of shops and activities, and just two kilometers from the golf course, Baviera Golf.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to spend a few days.
